Capital letters are used for proper nouns

We use capital letters for titles that go with the names of people
Miss Rennie Doctor Evans Professor Snape
We use capital letters for the first letter of the first word and other important words I the titles of books, films and plays.
James and the Giant Peach Star Wars
Words like a , an , in , on and the, and connectives such as and, and but usually don’t need capitals, unless they are at the start of the title.
Write out these names with capital letters in the correct place.

Write theses titles, putting in the capital letters.

jeremy had just finished reading a book called the owl who was afraid of the dark. he went to the library to choose a new book. he met his friend lee.
“have you read midnight adventure?” asked lee.
“no but I have seen the film,” said jeremy.
“it didn’t have the same title. i think it was called treasure hunt. let’s ask mrs jenkins if the book is in the library.”
mrs jenkins was not at the desk but mr karim helped the boys to find the book.
