P7 visit to Auchmuty - there were a few questions this morning during our weekly meeting so I'm attaching the message from Mr Moyes below. I'm really sorry I can't join you tomorrow but Mrs Kinnear will be there to welcome you. I have given her your leaving gifts so you will get them tomorrow! You should also return any school books you still have. Mrs Kinnear can't wait to see you all!
Have a great day and remember to ask any questions you need to! I know that you will all make great first impressions on the staff there.

P7 Visits - Using Social Distancing
Here is a reminder of the induction visits for all P7 pupils who will join us in August which will take place during the week beginning 22nd June. Each school will be allocated a morning as follows :
Monday 22nd - Carleton, St Paul's, Fairisle, Capshard
Tuesday 23rd - Markinch, Star
Wednesday 24th - Pitteuchar East, Coaltown of Balgonie
Thursday 25th - Pitteuchar West, Castlehill
Friday 26th - Thornton, Warout
Children entitled to transportation to school should receive a letter detailing this from the transportation service. On the day children should come to Auchmuty for 8.45 wearing school uniform or a leavers hoodie if possible. Children should bring their own water bottle and a snack for mid morning. The visit will end at 12.30 and lunches will not be provided. We will hand out a basic pencil case for each child to keep.
During the visit the children will meet the headteacher, have short experiences in a range of subjects, explore the whole school building and meet our guidance team. There will be a short time at the end of the morning for staff from our catchment primary schools to speak to their children.
Children with questions should use the P7 team to ask the guidance teacher for help.
