P6/7 Friday's Literacy Tasks

Literacy
Today, we will be creating something a bit different. We will be working on our illustration and presentation skills including listening and talking.

Using the poem you chose yesterday for handwriting, I would like you to do one of three jobs.

* – create three key illustrations to go along with the poem

or

** – create a storyboard/comic strip which goes along with the poem

or

*** – present the poem aloud – with expression, actions, tone and props. Be creative! If you can, ask someone to film you doing this so that it makes it more like a performance.

I’ve included a storyboard template to help you if you pick the second task.

If you would like a challenge, you can complete more than one job or you can even create your own poetry to start off!
