THINKING THURSDAY
Tomorrow is a non-school day, and a very important day! Tomorrow we celebrate the 75th anniversary of VE Day (Victory in Europe Day).
Task one
I have uploaded a reading task for you all on Seesaw. Choose which level best challenges you and learn all about VE day!
There will be lots about VE day on the news over the next few days, and on Newsround too! I will share any good videos I find over on Seesaw for you to watch😊
VE Day would normally be celebrated across Britain. You can take part in that by creating red, white and blue decorations to put up in your house or your garden.

Task two
Back to spelling and phonics!
Take a little spelling test at home using your 10 words from last week. Let me know how you get on😊
You will have another spelling rule/sound and 10 new words to practise again this week. These will be posted in the usual place over on Seesaw.
There will be a few activities appearing over on Education City tomorrow too, so keep your eyes peeled!Â
