Good morning Primary 1/2!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. The weather was rather yucky this weekend so I hope you got to spend plenty of time getting cosy indoors instead!
We all learned that Primary 2 won our Virtual Sports Day last week so a massive well done to them. Even though we didn't quite make it, I think you'll all agree that we deserve a huge pat on the back ourselves for our efforts.
We only have 3 weeks now until the end of term, so a lot of our learning will be revising what we have already learned, or catching up with anything we were unsure of. If there is anything in particular you have struggled with at home, please let me know on See-Saw and I will do my best to help you.
Today we will kick off the week with our new book of the week - Toys in Space! This is another very silly story that I think you'll love. For Literacy today there are some questions about the story and our usual word of the week activities. I've then suggested some handwriting if you have time too.
For Numeracy we will continue with adding and subtracting by 10s and I have some activities posted for you to have a go at this too.
Missing you all,
Mrs Jackson xx
